Paul Swing - President Paul Swing founded Monument Pools in 2005 to compliment the residential and commercial landscaping services offered by Monument’s sister company Techcon Landscape Construction. As a result, Monument and Techcon deliver the complete spectrum of pool and landscaping services. Through Swing’s focus on responsiveness, performance and quality, Monument has become a leading designer and installer of custom commercial and residential pools throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 15 years spent designing and installing pools, Swing has an extensive background and license in general engineering allowing Monument to build pools on challenging sites with elaborate features. Swing also has residential and commercial experience as a general contractor, having served nine years at De Mattei Construction, a custom residential builder. Swing currently owns Landmark Custom Homes which, in addition to building custom homes, works closely with Monument Pools to provide pool house and other structure solutions around new pools. Swing contributes Monument’s success to his desire to create, motivate, inspire and generate interest from others and repeatedly surrounding himself with those who know more than him. Swing is an instrument-rated private pilot who enjoys outdoor activities. He resides in Morgan Hill with his wife and three children. |
